AureaDesk is a service of Van Croonenburg IT-Consultancy B.V., a firm specialising in ITSM and TOPdesk, with more than twelve years of experience in IT Service Management — most of it with TOPdesk.
That experience was built at organisations where a service desk does more than handle incidents: it also has to provide insight and account for its work — from healthcare and central government to defence, retail and property management. In those environments, “I know that off the top of my head” is not a workable answer.
Hence our emphasis on sound record-keeping, clear reporting and management that can be handed over — and hence AureaDesk, built for exactly that.
AureaDesk is developed and maintained on an ongoing basis by a team of developers and administrators.
AureaDesk came out of practice, not off a drawing board
The same afternoon, every month
At many organisations we watched the same thing happen: export to Excel, clean up the columns, refresh the pivot table, check that the totals add up. And then again the following month. The data was already there; nobody could get at it without making a job of it.
Or a BI project that stalled
The alternative was a Power BI report. That means a licence, someone to build it and someone to maintain it. Fine for as long as that someone is around. After that the report quietly went stale and nobody trusted the figures any more.
How AureaDesk came about
Alongside our consultancy work we built what should have been there in those situations: connect through the standard TOPdesk API, and it is there. No implementation project, no data model, and nobody who has to keep it running.
What you can expect from us
Independent of TOPdesk
Van Croonenburg IT-Consultancy is not affiliated with TOPdesk and is not a reseller. So we have no interest in you buying more licences or modules than you need. If an extension is not necessary, we will say so.
Prices on the site
Unusual in this market, but it saves us both time. You know in advance whether AureaDesk fits your budget, and we avoid conversations that were never going to go anywhere. What the site says is what you pay.
No project
Connecting is free and there is no project attached. You disable the TOPdesk connection yourself whenever you like.
