Your TOPdesk data contains personal data. AureaDesk is built accordingly.
You decide who gets access to the dashboard. Below you can read where your data is stored and how we protect it.
Sign-in required
You only open the dashboard after signing in. Every account is personal, and AureaDesk supports two-factor authentication using an authenticator app. A Wallboard on a large screen opens with a separate Wallboard link that an administrator creates and can revoke: only the Wallboard, for selected operator groups and until an end date.
Your own environment
Every customer gets their own installation on their own subdomain, with their own database.
Hosted in the Netherlands, European Union (EU)
Your environment and database run in the Netherlands (EU). We make daily backups, and an additional backup is kept at another location in the Netherlands.
Read only, never write
AureaDesk never asks TOPdesk for more than read rights on data.
Encrypted at rest
The entire database for your environment is encrypted on disk.
Data processing agreement
AureaDesk processes personal data on your behalf, and that calls for a data processing agreement. We sign it with you before the connection is made. If your procurement team or privacy officer wants to review the document beforehand, we send it in advance.
